Lord, it is time. The summer was immense.
  主啊，是时候了！夏日曾经很盛大。
 
lay your shadow on the sundials
  把你的阴影投到日晷上。
 
and let loose the wind in the fields.
  让秋风刮过田野。
 
Bid the last fruits to be full;
  让最后的果实长得丰满，
 
Give them another two more southerly days,
  再给它们两天南方的气候，
 
press them to ripeness, and chase
  迫使它们成熟，
 
the last sweetness into the heavy wine.

Whoever has no house now will not build one any more.

Whoever is alone now will remain so for a long time,

will stay up, read, write long letters,

and wander the avenues, up and down,

restlessly, while the leaves are blowing.
