一、教学内容
《四年级英语下册 》 Unit 7  What’s the matter? (Fun time及单词)
二、教学目标:
(一)认知目标:
1.能熟练听懂、会读、会说、会写单词happy, hungry, ill, sad, thirsty, tired
2.能熟练听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型

Are you…?-Yes,…/No,…
Here’s…/Here you are./…
(二)技能目标:
引导学生会用英语询问和表达“感受”或“感觉”。
(三)情感目标:
引导学生根据实际情况,表达自己的感受。
三、教学重点、难点:
1.能熟练听懂、会读、会说、会写单词happy, hungry, ill, sad, thirsty, tired
2.能熟练听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型

Here’s…/Here you are./…

五、教学过程:
Step 1 Greeting and revision
1. Greeting& Warm up
T: Hello, boys and girls.
Ss: Hello, Miss Ji.
T: First, let’s watch, try to feel the different feelings.
Ss watch and feel.
T: Have you got it? Good, this class, we’ll talk about feelings.
2. Revision
T: According to Liu Tao’s Day, can you guess how does Liu Tao feel?
Ss talk about the feelings.
T: Good. I think you can fill in the blanks.
Ask some students to answer.
T: Can you act out the story? Good, let me enjoy.
Ss act out the story.
Step 2 Presentation
1. Learn the new words
T: Can you say some words about feelings?
S1: Happy.
S2: Hungry.
S3: Tired.
S4: Ill.
S5: Thirsty.

T: Good. This time, read in groups, please. Try to recite all the words.
Ss read and spell.
T: Well, class, do you know these words?
Ss learn the words: hot, cold, angry
2. Fun time
Look at the pictures, make up dialogues.
A: What’s the matter?         B: Guess.
A: Are you thirsty?            B: Yes, I’m thirsty.
A: Here’s some water.         B: Thank you.
T: Good. But can you say this in a different way? Have a try, please.
3. Summery
T: How to help others? Think it over. You can ask:
S1: What’s the matter?
S2: Are you…?
T: Yes. And you can advice:
S1: Here’s…for you.
S2: You can…
S3: Come and have…
S4: This…is for you.

Step 3 Consolidation
1. Ticking time
Look at the pictures, try to finish the dialogues.

Ask the students to make a new chant.
