奥运会即将于2008年在北京举行，若是在北京遇到外宾向你问路，你知道该如何回答他们吗?以下是一些关于问路及应答的句式，供同学们参考:
1． Excuse me， could (can) you tell me how to get to …?
打扰了，请问去……路怎么走?
例:—Could you tell me how to get to the Forbid-den City Museum? 打扰了，请问去故宫博物院的路怎么走?
—Go down this street． It’s on the right． 沿着这条街走，在右面。
类似的一般疑问句还有:
Could you tell me where…is?
Do you know how to get to…?
Is there …near here?
2． Excuse me， where is…，please? 请问……在哪儿?
例:—Where is the Temple of Heaven? 请问天坛在哪?
—It’s about 200 metres from here． 离这儿约200米。
3． Excuse me， which way is…?请问……往哪一个方向走?
例:—Excuse me， which way is the Summer Palace? 请问颐和园往哪个方向走?
—All right， turn left at the first crossing． 到前面第一个十字路口向左拐。
4． What is the shortest way to…?……怎么走最近?
例:—What is the shortest way to the Ming Tombs?十三陵怎么走最近?
—Go straight ahead till you see a parking． Take No． 5 bus．径直朝前走，你会看见一停车场，在哪儿乘5路车即可。
5． Which bus do I take to… ? 去……要搭几路公共汽车?
例:—Which bus do I take to the Workers’ Stadium?去工人体育场要搭几路公共汽车?
—Take a No． 25 bus． 乘25路。
6． How do/can I get to…?怎么走可以到……?
例:—How do I get to the ZhongShan park?怎么走可以到中山公园?
—I’m sorry， I don’t know the way． 对不起，我不知道。
7． How far is it form here to…?去……有多远?
例:—How far is it from here to Tien An’men Square?请问，去天安门广场有多远?
—Go straight． It’s a ten-minute walk． 径直走只需10分钟。
—It’s very kind of you to show me the way to Tien An’men Square． 很感谢你给我指路。
—You’re welcome． 不用客气。
