九、不定式有带to与不带to两类。ask, tell, order, warn, persuade, allow, permit等接不定式作宾补，不定式要带to。 observe, have, make, hear, notice, see, watch, feel等接不定式作宾补，不定式要省略to，但在被动语态中(此时不定式成了主补)，不定式则要带to。另外, 在had better, would rather…than…, prefer to do rather than…, cannot but…, do nothing but…等结构之后以及why开头的无主句中不定式符号to也要省略。但是要记住在want to, used to, ought to, wish to, be going to, be happy to等结构中，省略不定式时to则要保留。
