历年高考试题中对代词考查的频率较高。本文结合2006年高考试题，对代词，尤其是不定代词的用法进行归纳、分析。
一、either，neither，both的用法
1. You may drop in or just give me a call. _____ will do.
A. Either B. Each
C. Neither D. All(安徽卷)
答案为A。
2.梂hich driver was to blame？
梂hy, _____ ! It was the child’s fault, clear and simple. He suddenly came out between two parked cars.
A. both B. each
C. either D. neither(北京卷)
答案为D。
3. If you can’t decide which of the two books to borrow, why don’t you take _____ ? I won’t read them this week.
A. all B. any

答案为D。

二、none的用法
4. Of all the books on the desk, ____ is ofany use for our study.
A. nothing B. no one
C. neither D. none（四川卷)
答案为D。
解析:（1) none表示三者或三者以上都不，all表示三者或三者以上都。
(2) 如果none代替不可数名词作主语，谓语动词用单数形式；如果代替可数名词作主语，谓语动词用单、复数皆可。
(3) none回答how much和how many引导的问句，no one回答who引导的问句，nothing回答what提问的句子。
(4)none特指文中提到的人或物，nothing泛指没东西。
三、one 的用法
5. My most famous relative of all, ____ who really left his mark on America, was Rob Sussel, my great-grandfather.
A. one B. the one

答案为B。
解析：one/ones作代词泛指某人和某物，用来代替上文或句中提过的同类的可数名词。the one/ones 表示特指，one代替单数名词，ones代替复数名词。本题中 the one 作同位语，特指上文中的“my most famous relative of all”。
四、anyone的用法
6. I made so many changes in my composition that only I could read it. To ____else, it was hard to make out.
A. none B. everyone
C. someone D. anyone (上海卷)
答案为D。
解析：(1) anyone用于肯定句中表示任何一个人,强调个体；用于疑问句、否定句及条件句中,常可译作“什么人”、“谁”。anyone else意为“其他任何人”。
(2) everyone强调整体，相当于“每个人都”。everyone else意为“其他所有的人”。 everyone用于否定句中表示部分否定。
(3) someone一般只用于肯定句中，意思是“有人”、“某人”。someone else意为“别人”。
五、反身代词的用法

这两道题的答案都是B。
解析：主语的动作发生在主语自己身上，或者用来加强名词或代词的语气时用反身代词。反身代词可用作宾语、表语和同位语，以上两题中的反身代词都作宾语。
